Thomas is passionate about business and cloud transformation. His experience and demeanor add tremendous value in the role of trusted counselor to executives. His many years at EMC2/Dell IT and more recently AWS have put these skills to action as he has been trusted working the largest accounts within the non-profit division, including American Red Cross, United Way Worldwide, and the National Geographic Society.

Prior to AWS, Thomas was a Delivery Director with Dell Technologies Select: A senior, account leadership role responsible for several accounts as part of Dell Technologies 50 largest global ‘transformational’ accounts and their channel partners – accounts included Nike, Starbucks, Costco, Kaiser Permanente, JP Morgan Chase and American Express.

Thomas has an MBA in Marketing Strategy from Regis University in Denver, Colorado

Former head of AI Practices in Asia for Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Psaltis is an industry thought leader, a sought-after international speaker, trainer, author of the book Streaming Data and Collaborative Context Information Management System US patent holder. A rare find in senior management where he remains a hands-on leader with a deep customer focus. He has expansive expertise across data analytics, AI, streaming, and building high-performing technology teams.

Now founder of Dragonfly Rising, a TCC premier consortium partner, Psaltis was pivotal as the Regional Chief Technology Officer - Asia Pacific at Cloudera and Hortonworks, in helping to build a region from the first customers to a $100M+ business. He personally advised executive teams in some of the largest companies in the Asia-Pac region.

His visionary insight, analytic comprehension, and empathetic understanding of business and IT needs have been instrumental in guiding C-level executives on digital transformation and data and AI strategies across the United States and Asia.

Now, as a serial entrepreneur, Psaltis serves as a champion and advocate for the customer experience, delivering exceptional user-centric designs and strategies.

On a personal note, Psaltis and Thomas (above) have worked together solving complex problems for customers for over 25 years together, the reignition of their corporate cooperative is a heartfelt endeavor both are enjoying.
