Customers

To insure a common understanding, from a TCC perspective, a Customer is the company who is buying or acquiring AWS cloud services either directly from AWS or through a partner like TCC.

Like AWS, we have a customer obsession where we start with the problem and work backwards. All too many organizations start with a product or a service and try to then fit your problem into their sale. Not here, not on our watch.

At TCC where we host a consortium of partners with different solutions, we first look at what problem you are having, we aim to understand the 5 "whys" of the situation. Only after this can you even begin to consider what it takes to resolve the issue.

AWS Account Executives

An account executive is an AWS employee who is primarily responsible for an ongoing business relationship with a Customer. At AWS there are many different people who support the Account Executive and the Account team; the Customer Solutions Manager, the Solution Architect, the Partner Development Manager, Sales Managers - the list goes on and on. 

Here at TCC we augment or supplement the role of the Account Executive in front of our collective Customers. As a fully transparent partner in your territory, we'll issue weekly reports, share leads and discuss account strategy with you - remember, we are from AWS, so we speak and think AWS.

 

Partners

Our sweet-spot; Partner Management. Having been on both sides of this fence, AWS and AWS reseller - we understand the complexity of both. AWS has great programs but you have to have dedicated resources to manage these programs like MAP, SRRP, ISV Accelerate, Marketplace, MDF and the list goes on. We have these dedicated resources and they research the changes in the programs daily; these are wonderful programs, but they take effort. As your Partner Integrator we can help you many-fold:

  • As a supplemental sales channel
  • As an AWS programs, Alliance Manager
  • As an on-ramp to the deeper, more profitable consulting engagement's
  • and as a "virtual advisory board" as you continue to expand your offerings
