A Generative ai, Interactive Knowledge Assistant; TCC.converse is an end-to-end, application solution built as an accelerator solution on AWS Bedrock using many other native AWS services.

An ai “accelerator solution” is the same as a “quick-start solution”, it is a pre-built, ready-to-use AWS package designed to help users easily implement artificially intelligent capabilities into their ecosystem without extensive technical expertise.

This solution comes with a pre-configured Large Language model – specifically the Anthropic Claude 3 Haiku model, a knowledge library, and a user interface that simplifies tasks like data onboarding and integration.

We aim to reduce the complexity and time required to deploy ai technologies, making it accessible for your developers and your business to leverage ai features such as natural language processing quickly and efficiently.

What is TCC.converse? - Tell me more!

TCC.converse is a 1 second response time, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) ChatBot, built on jet-fuel, powered by the AWS ai ecosystem and TCC expert know-how. It is built using:

1. Bedrock, with Anthropic Claude 3 Haiku (other LLMs can be substituted: e.g. Claude 3 Opus, Jurassic-2 Ultra, Llama 3, Mistral and others),
2. Amazon RDS, S3, Cognito, AWS Amplify, and Amazon ECS

TCC.converse provides four key components in its offering:

1. A custom content intake engine, called TCC.ingest - this powerplant drives the assembly of the vector database used to speed-up user requested information from you, the user,
2. The ai turbine, TCC.smartengine combines the vectorized data from the RAG content that came in through TCC.ingest and the large language model, then turns it into an ultra fast response to your prompt. Still in a vectorized number format, TCC.smartengine reconstructs your response back into natural language,
3. You interact with TCC.converse through TCC.elements - it's our custom user interface tool that allows us to configure your implementation in minutes, maybe a few hours, but not months like starting from scratch.
   
4. TCC.converse is bundled with an 18 hour, 4 session training class, "The School of Data; Demystifying ai", an ai executive training program for a senior leadership individual and one senior developer. This program will teach you about ai and TCC.converse.

How do I get TCC.converse?

TCC.converse can be delivered three different ways: (Note: if you don't have an AWS account, we can set you up with one)

1. As an AWS CloudFormation template we install it in your AWS console account, where you run the service after we train you in the School of Data.
2. As a Managed Service in your AWS account, where we maintain access and we help you until you want to take it over, or we'll just continue to run it for you.
3. Last - We also offer TCC.converse in a SaaS environment. Our skill's, your content, all on the AWS platform we run in our account.

Any which way you want to get TCC.converse, it's a bargain compared to starting from scratch with your own untrained developers or outsourcing it to a consulting firm. Because this is an accelerator solution, we pre-built it for many to use. This is a starting place for you, a way to get into ai - dip your toes in the water if you will.

TCC.converse has a one-time installation and license fee of $3,250.00 - this includes the application and the class for two people. Monthly consumption fee's, managed service fees or SaaS fee's are not included in this - but, you can see we have very reasonable prices.
